Imagery: Please note that we will need good images in order to create the designs. If you do not have suitable images or would like us to choose and image for you from our stock images then on the form please indicate that you wish us to use our stock images. Otherwise please supply good quality imagery either by sharing with us on Dropbox – to the email: firstname.lastname@example.org or send a zip file of the images to the same email address.
Terms & Conditions: We will try to get designs back to you as speedily as possible, but that may not always be possible, so to avoid disappointment, please ensure that you give us ample notice.
In order to ensure that the process works efficiently we would ask that you supply all relevant content and imagery at the time of order. Incomplete requests cannot be processed.
Once a design has been signed off and has been built any additional changes after the sign-off stage will incur a penalty charge.
