PLEASE NOTE:

Imagery: Please note that we will need high quality images in order to create the designs. If you do not have suitable images, or would like us to choose for you from our stock images, please indicate this on your form. Otherwise please supply good quality imagery either by sharing with us on Dropbox – to the email: designs@thebrandmix.com or send a zip file of the images to the same email address.

Terms & Conditions: We will try to have designs back to you as speedily as possible, but that may not always be possible, so to avoid disappointment, please ensure that you give us ample notice.

In order to ensure that the process works efficiently we would ask that you supply all relevant content and imagery at the time of order. Incomplete requests cannot be processed.

Once a design has been signed off and has been built any additional changes after the sign-off stage will incur an additional charge.
