With a passion for marketing, sales, and entrepreneurship, Richard has watched The Brand Mix turn global over the past decade. Working with various cultures and personalities means there’s no such thing as a dull day! Heading the European and African offices, he soaks up the energy of London and the beauty of Cape Town. He’s passionate about turning ideas into actions. Best motivational mantra he’s heard? “If you can get one deal, you can get one-hundred.”
Iñaki
Head of Sales – Spain, Portugal and South America
Iñaki has been on the move since an early age. With more than 10 years’ experience in the soccer business, some say he’s morphed into Messi’s twin. Iñaki is creative, a team player, and is passionate about Sales and Communications. Rarely seen without a camera in his hands, he believes photography, soccer, and making a sale are all about patience. “Wait for the perfect moment, and shoot!”
David H
Head of Business Development
David is an industry professional with 15+ years’ experience in tourism. Currently pursuing his Masters, with a thesis analysing hotel bookings, the application of his studies is already yielding results! Business Development is his specialty. He strives to establish sustainable partnerships that add value to client offerings. But aside from all that, he’s a true outdoorsman with a passion for hiking and canoeing.
Brendan
Senior Designer
Brendan is our Senior Graphic and Web Designer. With nearing two decades of experience in the field, he’s part of the furniture! He has a keen eye for detail and is meticulous in his workflow. They say nothing’s perfect. Challenge accepted. When he’s not busy making the Internet look awesome, Brendan is tending to family life. He’s passionate about airsoft, cars, and creating, designing, and fabricating in his workshop. When it comes to visually representing your brand online, say the word and he’ll make it happen.
Jody
Web Designer and Developer
Jody is a Web Designer and Developer with more than 7 years’ experience in the I.T. field and more than 10 years’ experience Googling the answers! He’s open-minded and fascinated with envisioning things from new perspective. Jody always strives to do his best. He’s a family man who enjoys outings, a gamer with a passion for cars, and last but not least, an excellent billiards player.
Kevin
Client Relations and Accounts Specialist
Kevin’s a storyteller. Spot him in the wild by keeping an eye out for flailing arms and hilarious tales (obviously never exaggerated, perish the thought!). As a people person, Kevin is a master of building relationships and working closely with clients to surpass targets. Ever modest, when asked how we should describe him, he suggested we say, “Kevin does stuff for us.”
Sarah
Chief Creative Strategist
Sarah sees the world as a creative playground. With a background in post production for film and television, she’s all about getting the final product just right. Specialising in project co-ordination, video editing, and copywriting, Sarah employs her talents to optimise procedures across The Brand Mix, and our sister company, In1 Solutions. When asked what would best describe her, she said, “Oh, definitely a Simpsons quote! Pick a hilarious one.” We simply couldn’t choose.
Emma
Pay Per Click and Advertising Executive
Emma drinks a lot of coffee. Does a lot of yoga. Loves getting lost in books. Blogs about food, travel, and fun things! Major cat fan. Loves a challenge. With almost 10 years’ experience in the PPC realm, she’s passionate about growing your direct revenue in the most creative way possible. “Let’s get in touch!”

David’s a problem solver with a life-long flair for technology. A childhood fascination with console games and computers sparked an insatiable interest in the mechanics of how things work. Devices are forever landing on his desk accompanied by the question, “Can you fix this?” He can. With 15+ years’ experience in web development, you can bet David knows his stuff.

Che has been a fixture in the hospitality industry for over a decade. It was when she discovered the world of digital marketing that she truly fell in love. Fascinated by third-party sites, she’s found the key to increasing a property’s revenue through direct bookings. When asked what motivates her, she said, “Implementing plans and strategies is where my passion lies.” Che is a foodie with a secret fondness for crochet.
